Manufacturer warranties only cover factory screw-ups, and a full-speed wipeout definitely isn't a factory defect. But leaving you hanging without gear isn't how we roll.

If you wrecked your shades while putting in real work, our Crash Replacement Program takes RM30 off a fresh replacement pair so you can get back out there.

No awkward debates. No excuses needed. Just honest athletes getting back to the game.

The Ground Rules

To keep this program sustainable and avoid people abusing the system, we run on simple, airtight terms:

  • The Deal: A flat RM30 off a single replacement pair (valid for an identical model, or one of equal value if your colorway is sold out).

  • Strict Lifetime Limit: One crash replacement per customer, ever. Once you've claimed your RM30 replacement code, that's your one-time pass. Take care of the next pair!

  • Eligibility Window: Valid within 12 months of your original purchase date on zyth.my.

  • Original Buyers Only: Must match your original purchase details. Passed-down frames, secondhand marketplace pickups, or giveaway pairs do not qualify.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard domestic shipping fees still apply to the replacement order.

What Qualifies as a "Crash"?

Pretty much any honest athletic mishap or daily disaster:

  • Dropped mid-stride, skidded across asphalt, or scratched into oblivion during a workout.

  • Stepped on, sat on, or bent out of shape at the bottom of your gym bag.

  • Broken frames or snapped hinges from high-speed collisions or accidental flexes.

  • Chewed on by a pet that clearly shares your taste in performance eyewear.

(Note: We cannot replace lost or stolen gear. You must actually have the damaged pair to show us).
