Strictly Final Sale: Personalized items are permanently customized to your exact specifications. They are 100% non-refundable, non-returnable, and excluded from our 7-day return policy*.

Is there any warranty provided?

Yes. Every pair is covered by our 90 Days Limited Manufacturer Warranty*.
Custom engraved pairs receive the exact same structural defect warranty coverage as standard models. If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will replace your unit with the identical custom engraving at no charge.

When will I receive my order?

1. Standard Orders (Non-Engraved): Dispatches within 1–3 business days.

2. Custom Engraved Orders: Dispatches within 4–6 business days to allow time for precision laser engraving and inspection.
